Therapy
Includes therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating identity, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is rooted in Liberation Psychology, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care. I work with people of color, queer and trans clients, first-generation college students, and others seeking a space that honors their whole story and lived experience.
-

Consulting
I partner with organizations, schools, and community programs to build trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and liberation-centered practices. Consultation and training topics include boundaries and relational integrity , de-escalation, supervision, collective care, and trauma stewardship for helping professionals. Each collaboration is tailored to the unique needs and culture of your team.
-

Clinical Supervision & Reflective Consultation
Supervision for pre-licensed clinicians and reflective consultation for licensed professionals seeking to deepen their relational, ethical, and liberation-oriented practice. My supervision style emphasizes presence, accountability, and curiosity — supporting clinicians to grow with integrity and care.

Teaching & Facilitation
In my experiences as an adjunct professor, I teach through a liberation and trauma-informed lens, integrating theory and practice in real-world contexts. I also facilitate workshops and community conversations on topics including identity, power, and healing-centered education.

Speaking & Community Engagement
I offer keynotes, panels, and facilitated discussions focused on relational care, intersectionality, and the practice of collective wellbeing. My goal in each space is to foster dialogue that moves us toward empathy, connection, and transformation.
